Wyoming Licensing
Wyoming does not offer direct reciprocity with any state for real estate licenses. However, if you hold an active license in another state, you can pursue licensure in Wyoming by completing the following steps:
- Education: Complete and pass the Wyoming Law portion of the Broker I Course and the entire Broker II Course.
- Broker Management Course: If you aim to become a Responsible Broker, you must complete and pass the Wyoming Broker Management Course.
- Examination: Successfully pass the state exam for Responsible Brokers.
- Fingerprinting: Submit fingerprints for a background check as part of the application process.
By fulfilling these requirements, you can obtain a Wyoming real estate license and continue your professional practice within the state.
