Getting your license for the first time? Click here
Sales Course I, II and WY Law are required to obtain a Salesperson license.
Broker Course I, Broker Course II and WY Law are required to obtain an Associate Broker license.
Step 2
Download PearsonVue Candidate Handbook.
Schedule your exam(s) for 1-2 days after classes close.
Schedule your exam on the Pearson Vue website.
Exams are available in various locations and online.
Step 3
Send your fingerprints to the WY Real Estate Commission before your classes start. The background check can take up to 3 weeks. Instructions for sending fingerprints.
Step 4
After you have passed your Exam(s) complete the Real Estate License Application and all other steps found here.
